AEC cooperates with international hotel operators: Accor Hotels and Rezidor Hotel Group.

Our team is well equipped with knowledge and standards of work with hotels: required levels of noise insulation, system efficiency, and quality of equipment supplied.

AEC has designed and implemented an artificial climate system for two Ibis’ hotels in Kiev, as well as for the Radisson Resort & Spa in Alushta, Crimea. With the help of the AEC team, an absorption chiller with a capacity of 1.6 MW was installed and launched - the largest project in Ukraine using such an equipment.

AEC is aware of and complies with the RICS Valuation - Global Standards (Red Book Global) when dealing with hotel operators.

AEC participates in the design of ventilation and air conditioning systems for the third Ibis hotel and the first apart-hotel Adagio Appart'hôtel in Ukraine. An air conditioning and air heating system based on heat pumps will be installed at these facilities, which will allow heating without the participation of a gas boiler at an outdoor temperature of up to -10 ° C.
