AEC is working on the first «Adagio Aparthotel» chain in Kiev. Commissioning is planned for autumn 2021.

Earlier AEC company installed ventilation and air conditioning systems at two hotels of the «Ibis» chain in Kiev - on Shevchenko Boulevard, 25 and on the Polzunov st., 6.

The work is underway at "Adagio Aparthotel" on Pobedy Avenue 55/2 to install ventilation and air conditioning systems in the main building, in office buildings No. 1 and 2 and in the premises of the Fitness Center.

CARRIER chiller will be transported and installed by “AEC” at the hotel's refrigeration center.

The chiller with a refrigerating capacity of 340 kW and a heat pump is now being manufactured in France.

The office rooms will be equipped with a «Toshiba» multi-zone air conditioning system (VRF system) with a total capacity of 200 kW in cold weather. At the moment, work is underway to lay freon lines.

For the pool of the fitness center, two air handling units are designed with a flow rate of 7500 m3 / h each with a drainage system.
